Number of sale climbs over last week in Okanagan Shuswap Real Estate

I took this photo last February - and wanted to share it with you today to add some colour to your pallette on this rather grey day.

The numbers look a little more "normal" for this time of year this week, with the total number of residential MLS® sales reported in the region up to 75 properties sold. Average sale price is more in line with what we have been experiencing overall as well, sitting at $351,695. Sale prices ranged from $29,000 to $1,515,000 so you know the spectrum of properties sold was vast. Look at WHAT sold in order to determine what is really going on in the 3 zones of Okanagan Shuswap Real Estate.

Access information on what sold last week in the Central Okanagan! 50 properties were reported as sold, with an average sale price of $373,163. Sales ranged from $29,000 - $1,515,000. Days to sell ranged from 9 - 568 with an average of 136.

Residential MLS® Properties Sold in North Okanagan Jan. 27, 2013
Access information on last weeks Sold Properties! 16 properties ranging in price from $50,000 - $600,000 sold last week in the North Okanagan real estate zone. Average sale price reports in at $295,688 this week while average days to sell sits at 198 days. The range of days to sell spanned from 8 - 721.

Residential MLS® Properties Sold in Shuswap Jan.27, 2013
Access information on Shuswap Revelstoke residential real estate sold last week. 9 properties were reported sold by REALTORS® January 21-17 in the Shuswap. Properties sale prices ranged from $70,000 - $730,000 and the average sale price calculated out at $332,000. Days to sell averaged 149 and ranged from 36 - 512.
