 In this same period of time 97 listings were activated in the North Okanagan. Again listings continue to outpace the number of sales dramatically. I anticipate we are about to see downward pricing follow - and based on this week’s report - that has already started to happen. At the very least - the higher end of the market has stalled out with no sales above the $492,500. mark.

Listing prices for sold properties ranged from $20,000 - $519,900 with an average of $325,508
Sale prices ranged from $15,000 - $492,500 with an average of $307,154

Days on the market for the listings that sold ranged from 11 - 573 with an average of 136 days

The total value of real estate traded in the North Okanagan Vernon BC area valued out at $11,357,650 over the 32 transactions. Sales included:
