BC Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) residential sales are forecast to decline 12 per cent from 85,028 units in 2009 to 74,950 units this year, before increasing 6 per cent to 79,700 units in 2011.

Just over $39 million dollars in real estate traded this week in the Okanagan Shuswap territory, with sale prices ranging from $25,000 to $820,000. A total of 113 transactions were processed in the last 7 days. We ran these reports from the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board database at 7:00 this morning. Slightly more than $8,000,000 of those sales occurred in the last 24 hours, with 22 properties moving to sold status.
