Fewer listings were activated this week in the North Okanagan - with 17 Single Family Dwellings showing as activated this week - the lowest number of activations per week in January, 2009.
The number of Sales for Single Family Dwellings rose this week - to 5 - up from only 2 last week, and on par with earlier weeks in January.
As far as inventory levels go.. there are slightly fewer homes on the market today than there were last Saturday.
The median price of properties purchased was up from last week, while the median list price of properties entering the market was less.
