Meanwhile, back in Canada - here is a look at local real estate:

Transactions reported this week dropped to 79 from  95 reported the week prior. The average sale price rose to $384,489 from  $358,471 and total sales volume was $30,374,656 compared to $34,054,706. We published the November Monthly reports this week, and you can read them on our blog.

Single Family Homes:- 42 sold, down from 63 sold, 

Apartments:-13 sold, unchanged

Townhomes:- 14 sold, up from 11 sold,
