The Rise is a resort style residential neighbourhood within Bella Vista in Vernon BC. It is a master-planned community featuring a Fred Couples Signature golf course, and is home to Stompin Grounds Vineyards.
So far 134 homesites have been offered for sale. Of the 134, 12 remain available from the developer and I have those listed for sale. 62 homes have been constructed to date at The Rise.
There is no timeline on the purchase of lots at The RIse - so now is an excellent time to capitalize on the drop in market values with an eye to a future build.
Currently Trico Homes has new Villas available at Vista Lago - with more than half sold or spoken for.
In the past month, one of the Villa's has re-sold, another has an accepted offer, and I am in the process of preparing an offer on an existing home for potential buyers.
