Over $38,500,000 in MLS Residential Property value traded. What Sold in Okanagan Shuswap Real Estate? Sept. 4, 2011 edition

Ten fewer residential real estate  sales in the Okanagan Shuswap Region ( Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board) in the week of August 29 – September 4th, 2011  compared to the week prior resulted in drop in value traded from $46,220,372 to$38,589,396 . Here are this weeks numbers:
