In the week of August 15 to 21 th, 102 residential properties sold in the Okanagan Shuswap region. This includes the sale of lots, land, homes, recreation or vacation homes and properties, townhomes, condos apartments and manufactured homes. Total number of real estate sales was up, but the dollar value was down dramatically and reflects in the types of properties purchased as well as the zone or location.

Total amount of absolute acreage sales was up, but the dollar amount was down badly and reflects in the types of backdrop purchased as able-bodied as the area or location.
