Somehow, looking at remainder of my sunflowers gave me a a feeling of hope today as they seemed to stand out - defiant against the monotone landscape this morning. Here is a a look at last week in Local Real Estate.

Prices of property sales reported by REALTORS® Feb. 4 - Feb. 10, 2013 . Average sale price was $327,426 and there were a total of 84 property sales reported. With one less home sold, and an increase in land, apartment and town home sales - it is understandable that the Average sale value was less this week.
