Here is a look at last week in Okanagan Shuswap Residential MLS® real estate sales. Prices of property sales reported by REALTORS® January 28 - Feb. 3, 2013 ranged from $24,000 - $1,200,000. Average sale price was $327,426 and there were a total of 84 property sales reported. With one less home sold, and an increase in land, apartment and town home sales - it is understandable that the Average sale value was less this week.

Residential MLS® Properties Sold in Shuswap Feb 3, 2013
Twelve property sales were reported last week in the Shuswap. Sale prices ranged from $80,000 -$545,000 with an average sale price of $288,642. Days on market averaged 155 with a range of 17 - 369.
