Prices of property sales reported by REALTORS® Feb. 4 - Feb. 10, 2013 . Average sale price was $327,426 and there were a total of 84 property sales reported. With one less home sold, and an increase in land, apartment and town home sales - it is understandable that the Average sale value was less this week.

An overview of the 43 property sales reported in the Central Okanagan Feb. 4 - 10 shows a combined sales value of $13,765,541. Sale prices ranged from $75,000 - $765,000 and generated an average sale price of $320,129. Days to sell ranged from 2 - 633 with an average of 137 reported this week.
