The discounts from list price ranged from almost asking price at .67% to a high of 19.74% off of list.

The range of discounts went from 2.79% up to 25.37%

  • Selling price between $157,000 and $350,000

More properties sold this week than last in the Okanagan Shuswap real estate zone, with total combined sales of 140 residential MLS properties, compared to 111 the week prior ( July 2-8, 2012)

Over the region, sales ranged from $26,000 to $1,450,000 and the average sale price was $362,765 compared to $405,109 the week before. Sales July 2-8 ranged from $22,000 to $1,750,000 over the region.

When we looked at the OMREB database specific to Swan Lake West residential MLS properties sold Jan. 1 – June 30 we found that on average, sellers were accepting offers at 91.76% of asking price. There was a large range in what sellers accepted – with a high of 99.83% and a low of 64.29%.


On July 14, 2012 there were 72 properties listed for sale on MLS in Swan Lake West, Vernon BC.
